These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through Ost (abetterslice.se). By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms described below.

Products

All products sold on this website are made on demand. This means that each item is produced specifically after an order has been placed. Because of this, small variations in color, print placement, or appearance may occur compared to the images shown on the website.

Production

Once an order is placed, the product enters production. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and current production volume.

Shipping

After production, the order is shipped to the customer. Estimated delivery times:

Europe: 5–10 business days
United States: 3–7 business days
International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services.

Customs and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. If any information in your order is incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible at order@abetterslice.se. Changes may not be possible once production has started.

Lost packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please first:

• Check the shipping confirmation email for address errors
• Contact your local postal service
• Check with neighbors or your building reception

Returns & exchanges

Because all products are made on demand, I do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size, color, or change of mind. Please make sure to review product details and sizing information before placing an order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact order@abetterslice.se within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the product if possible

If the issue is confirmed, I will arrange a replacement or refund.
